Good general condition, tire , brake , suspension, frame , well maintained every year... i keep my propane canister, the negative point the floor ( prelard ) of bathroom is torn, the hardwood floor they have cracks, the floor in front of the entrance door is soft a little 1 ' × 1' .
I bout it like that 2 1/2 years ago , it's not water damage ..
