Executive Assistant to CEO Tattoo, Wellness & Events Company

Location: Based in Toronto (must be able to travel internationally, especially to the U.S.)

Compensation: $1,500/month base salary commissions perks event bonuses

Commitment: Part-time to start with full-time availability

Start Date: ASAP

Initial Term: 6-month contract with review for full-time salaried role

About the Opportunity:
This is not your average assistant role. Youll be stepping into the inner circle of a rapidly expanding
movement at the intersection of tattoos, healing, creative entrepreneurship, and global events. Youll work
directly with the founder of Tatu Amor a tattoo education hub, events company, and marketing agency that
partners with international artists, healers, facilitators, and industry leaders.

Core Responsibilities:
- Email and calendar management
- Lead tracking, CRM updates, and scheduling across departments
- Daily availability (a few hours each day, 7 days/week)
- Liaising with artists, clients, and collaborators
- Studio errands and light assistance (~10 hrs/week)
- Occasional dog-walking or pet-related help
- Driving using the company vehicle
- Responding to inquiries and DMs
- Filming day-to-day content (training provided)
- Coordination with marketing team
- Working with event leads and department heads
- Light bookkeeping and financial tracking
- Ordering supplies and managing expense logs

You Bring:
- Feminine-leaning energy (open to all genders)

- Personal healing journey
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence
- Comfort with dogs
- Tech-savvy (Gmail, Google Drive, Airtable, Zoom, etc.)
- Valid drivers license
- Clean record for U.S. visa (support provided)
- Fluent English; bonus: Spanish, French, Polish
- Willingness to take a personality test
- Able to provide 2 references and sign an NDA
