We're looking for a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our growing renovation team. You'll oversee on-site carpentry work, lead a small crew, and ensure projects are delivered with top craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency.

What You'll Do:
• Perform framing, finishing, cabinetry, flooring, and more
• Supervise and support 2–5 carpenters/apprentices
• Read blueprints and coordinate with project managers
• Ensure quality control and enforce site safety standards

✅ What You Bring:
• 5 years' carpentry experience (residential/commercial)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read drawings and manage site tasks
• Red Seal & WHMIS are assets
• Reliable vehicle & tools preferred

Pay:

$30 project bonuses (based on experience and performance )
