At Cascade we grow multiple crops which include Timothy and Alfalfa hay, Corn Silage, Cereal Silages and Canola. Whether you're seeking part-time or full-time employment, we have positions available to suit your schedule.
Position: Seasonal or Full time Team Member
Location: Cascade Farms, Coaldale, Alberta
Duration: Seasonal (Spring through Fall). Opportunity for full time employment
Responsibilities:
* Assist with Planting, Spraying, Haying and Harvest.
* Operate a wide range of machinery under supervision.
* Perform general farm maintenance tasks as needed.
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
* Prior experience in farming or agriculture is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
* Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, bend, and work in various weather conditions.
* Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
* Reliable transportation to and from the farm.
