We are looking for one girl student/young professional for a large ground floor duplex with 4 girls in total. We have two private parking slots and first come first serve for free.

It is a house with 4 bedrooms fully furnished and very bright. There are large kitchens, a beautiful garden for barbecues and one complete bathroom (toilet and shower), and no living room. We have shared washer-dryers, refrigerator and stove inside the apartment.

We are located in the center of Cote-des-Neiges district near the metro Plamondon / Cotes-des-Neiges and the bus lines (we are on Avenue Van Horne and 1 block away from the street CDN). Ideal for students of the UDEM / POLY / HEC but also for other universities or young professionals (it is 20 minutes from the city center by subway!). If you prefer to walk or bike, it is only 2 km to the main campus of UDEM/POLY, 800m to HEC.

It's a nice neighborhood, filled with life and with everything close by. We are close to a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. We are also close to Kent Park and a free swimming pool!

We are looking for university/college students/young professional who are respectful and friendly for the long term lease (preferably 12 months, but can be flexible with 9 months or more) who are willing to invest in living with their roommate.

Examples of by-law:
- No smoking/No Pets

- Quiet, clean and picks up

- Agree to make a weekly collective cleaning system with rotation in the house (example: each one cleans their own rooms and in addition 1 which lava the kitchen, 1 the first bathroom, 1 the second bathroom and 1 the lounge / common corridor and the following week there will be a rotation)

Roommates:
The other three bedrooms are already taken reserved or occupied (UdeM students and young working professional girl in their 20's). You will have a wardrobe, a desk, a chair, a shelf, a bed and a night table, heating and a fan for the hot summers in Montreal. If you are interested contact me. It is a pleasure to meet you!

Rent and available Date:
Available from June.1
$650 hydro shared among tenants (averaged about $35-$40 per month)
