We are currently looking for a Part Time cleaner for Friday after 5:30 pm for min. 4.0 hours. There are currently 2 office locations to clean, located in Southeast Edmonton. 1 office Approximately 2.5 hours for 1 person to clean. 2nd office optional from 1.5 hours up to 3.5 hours for 1 person to clean. You must be able to follow instructions. You will be working independently and sometimes you will be working with another team member as well.
Must have an eye for cleanliness and detail. These locations are not subcontracted out. Equipment and cleaning supplies are supplied.
All of our recruits start out cleaning with another team member for training purposes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Attention to detail, follow cleaning instructions, schedules and perform checklists which are important aspects of this position.
*You are able to lift up to 25lbs/ 11.3 kg. Have a smart phone with data to download an app for keeping track of hours worked on site, schedules, and cleaning tasks and lists. Perform high and low dusting, garbage collection and disposal, cleaning, polishing streak free horizontal surfaces, clean interior office glass/windows, cleaning break rooms, washroom cleaning and disinfecting. Replenish washroom supplies. Vacuuming carpets, dust mopping and damp washing hard surface floors. cleaning walls/baseboards. Keep track of cleaning chemicals, washroom supplies, report any damages found.
Requirements:
* Must have a recent and clean criminal background check.
* May require a vehicle for transportation to each office location.
Wages starting at $16.75 and dependent on your cleaning experience with a 3-month probation period during training.
