R&M Learning Centre is looking for highly motivated individuals who have teaching and working with students.

--Teach piano lessons to students at various skill levels (ARCT Levels 1-10).
--Assess students' piano abilities and create personalized lesson plans to help them improve and advance.
--Work with young children, providing a patient, supportive, and encouraging learning environment.
--Foster a love for piano and establish personal connections with each student to create an enjoyable and motivating classroom experience.
--Guide students through the structured ARCT piano program, ensuring their progress at a comfortable yet challenging pace.

Piano teacher should possess a min of :

--RMC Grade 8 or contemporary musical educational equivalent
--University degree in music (or other professional training)
--Experience working with young children 1 on 1 and/or in group settings
--2 years of prior experience working in Canada is a major asset
--Modern Piano teacher should be stylistically versatile, be able to improvise, compose, read lead sheets, and ALSO have moderate level traditional sight reading
--Strong English speaking communication skills
--Strong understanding of the ARCT piano curriculum and examination process
--Must be patient, kind, and able to create a positive learning environment that encourages students to enjoy music

Education: Bachelor Degree
