Main Floor Rental Needed for Senior (no basement)
I am looking for a main floor apartment or house with a small backyard and minimal to no stairs. I am a 66-year-old senior and need a suitable place to call home. I have a service dog, so pet-friendly policies would be appreciated. I would like a rental that includes in-house laundry facilities and winter snow removal. The rent would be around fifteen hundred dollars per month, plus hydro, and possibly all-inclusive utilities would be a bonus. Preferably a one to two bedroom unit. I have good credit and a reliable pension, ensuring stable income. I also own a vehicle. Ideally, the location would be Port Colborne, followed by Welland or Niagara Falls.
