Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience with sloped roofing (asphalt shingles, underlay, ventilation, flashing)
Experience with both new construction and renovation work
Fully tooled crew with reliable transportation
Active WCB & liability insurance
Attention to detail, clean installs, and strong work ethic

Experience with steep pitch, skylights, or detailed flashing work
Familiarity with Calgary's builders and renovation standards
Own dump trailer or disposal setup (not required, but preferred
