Great option for exercise, especially over the winter! Really easy to put your bike in and out, tracks your speed and distance, you can adjust the resistance, it's not very noisy (uncommon in this level of trainer).
Includes a resistance trainer, sensor, front wheel stabilizer and the yoga mat I've been using as a base. Folds up neat for storage. Retails for $450CAD plus tax.
