We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Receptionist / Personal Assistant to join our dynamic office team!

Location: Richmond Hill
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $17.60/hour to start
Position Type: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP

What We're Looking For:
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to speak Farsi or Spanish is a big plus

• Must be dependable and punctual

Job Duties Include:
• Answering phones and taking care of clients inquiries and updates
• Assisting with daily office tasks and scheduling
• Supporting management with personal assistant tasks
• Managing files, emails, and office supplies
