FOR SALE is a very rare wooden box that could serve as a contraversial coffee table or a hope chest or storage unit etc, It is rare since it is made with only six very wide boards The top and botton boards are EACH 30 inches wide and 6 feet in length
and 2 inches thick.The two side boards are the same diminsions .The two end boards are EACH 30 inch square and 2 inchs thick/The box is heavy. The box is formed as the boards have 6 hand -cut groves that fit togther like a puzzel. The top cover has a very old iron latch for a lock and there is a matching iron mechanism on the inside/outside of the side board to hold the lock .The box an antique from the late 18 hundreds.It came from Europe with the corrent owner it is over thirty fiive years ago.
