There are no scratches or scuffs on the screen or the back of the phone. It does have some paint off on the sides because of the case see pictures. Case was always on the phone. The phone comes with a new charger and a used Otterbox case still in perfect condition. . The phone already has a glass screen protector installed. Everything on the phone works great.
