As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking a skilled Vac Truck Operator to join our Kamloops-based team.

Job Description:
As a Vac Truck Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of vacuum trucks and related equipment for a variety of industrial and environmental projects. This position requires flexibility, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate vacuum trucks and other industrial service vehicles in accordance with company procedures and government regulations.
Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance of equipment.
Work on a variety of job sites including industrial, construction, and environmental cleanup locations.
Accurately complete all required documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

Valid Class 3 license with Air Brakes (Class 1 preferred).
Clean driver's abstract.
Minimum 1 year of experience operating vac trucks or similar heavy equipment.
Strong safety mindset and commitment to following safety protocols.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
Assets:

Class 1 driver's license (Preference will be given to Class 1 drivers).
H2S Alive, First Aid, and other industry-related safety certifications.
Experience with hydro-vac or combo units.
