Are you an experienced Hardwood Flooring Technician - or eager to become one?

At Superior Hardwood Service, we're seeking a dedicated team member to help us craft and maintain stunning hardwood floors that transform homes. We offer competitive compensation tailored to your experience, skills, and passion. No experience? No problem—we're willing to train the right candidate who's ready to grow with us.

What We're Looking For:
• Valid Driver's License and a reliable personal vehicle for travel to job sites
• Personal Hand Tools & PPE (we'll help you succeed, but you bring the basics)
• Fluent English for clear communication with our team and clients
• Physical Fitness to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly - hardwood is heavy, and we keep moving!
• Recent Employment References to vouch for your work ethic
• Bonus: Experience in flooring is a plus, but a strong desire to learn is what counts

What You'll Do:
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional, can-do attitude
• Bring meticulous attention to detail to uphold our top-quality standards
• Work full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed
• Pitch in with material deliveries when the team needs a hand
