Fabric is non fading and in excellent condition. Sofa is 81” long, 29” deep. Arm chairs are 35” wide, 29 “ deep. 18” from floor to top of seat cushion. All fabric is zippered including the toss cushions so you can change out the decor/ colours. Value of set complete with toss cushions is over $4,000. Selling at half price for $2,000. Hate to lose it but moving and have no room.
