Job Title: Experienced Truck Dispatcher Needed (Expert in Loadlink & DAT)

Location: Remote – Based in Brampton, ON
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Truck Dispatcher to support our logistics operations. Must be proficient in Loadlink and DAT, with knowledge of invoicing and factoring processes. This is a remote position, but applicants must be based in or familiar with the Brampton/GTA, Ontario region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Book profitable loads for dry vans, reefers, or flatbeds.
• Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers via Loadlink and DAT.
• Dispatch and support drivers for on-time deliveries.
• Manage paperwork: BOLs, rate confirmations, and PODs.
• Handle invoicing and work with factoring companies for smooth payments.

Requirements:
• 1 year of dispatching experience (mandatory).
• Proficiency with Loadlink and DAT platforms.
• Experience in invoicing and dealing with factoring companies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Reliable internet connection; able to work remotely from Brampton, ON.
