2009 Golf Stream - Canyon Trail 27FRES Fifth Wheel. (28ft nose to bumper)
Lots of room in this trailer for a 27ft floor plan.
Trailer is in good shape overall.
4 season unit with tank heaters, X2 side slides at the rear which opens up the floor plan beautifully. Couch with pull out air mattress, table bed, and queen bed up front. Comes with gooseneck conversion hitch. New repairs last fall - (new electric motor on front jacks, couple new roof vents and sewer roof vents with some roof reseal touch ups by the dealer but wasn't in poor shape at all.
Tires is great shape, bearings repacked and brakes inspected as well in fall 2022 with little miles since. 2 New 6 volt deep cycle batteries in fall of 2023.
Known imperfections are the electric fireplace in the back lights up but doesn't throw heat and also the trailer does not have the awning or frame over the door in front of rear slide.
Everything else works as it should regarding furnace, fridge, slides, level gauges, etc..
