We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive and Sales professional to develop and execute strategies that will drive online traffic, improve sales, and enhance our digital presence. Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media channels.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
• Monitor website analytics and generate reports to track performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and refine strategies.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and email marketing campaigns to foster brand engagement and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless user experience across all platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's digital marketing efforts remain competitive.
Sales Responsibilities:
• Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing campaigns, email outreach, and online engagement.
• Drive sales growth by converting qualified leads into customers, leveraging both inbound and outbound sales techniques.
• Handle negotiations and close sales by effectively communicating the value of our products and services.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
• Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media) to offer assistance and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering responsive and empathetic service, fostering long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales team to address post-sale needs and ensure a seamless transition from sales to customer support.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in digital marketing , including managing advertising campaigns and implementing SEO strategies.
• Sales experience with a strong ability to close deals, achieve sales targets, and handle customer interactions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, WordPress , and Adobe Creative Suite .
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and best practices for online sales.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
