Main Responsibilities:
1. Customer Communication
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
Take accurate phone orders and enter them into the system (Odoo/Excel).
2. Order Processing
Create and manage sales orders in the ERP or Excel tracking sheet.
Print pick lists and labels for the warehouse team.
Confirm orders with customers via call, text, or email.
3. Coordination
Liaise with warehouse pickers to ensure orders are picked and packed on time.
Communicate with drivers for delivery schedules and changes.
Notify customers when orders are dispatched or delayed.
4. General Admin
Keep order logs organized and up to date.
Help with scanning, filing, and updating documents.
Support warehouse operations when needed.
