About the Role
I run a small but growing social media marketing agency and I'm looking for someone to help me stay organized and on schedule with content. Your main job? Making sure posts go out on time across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more — I'll create the content, and you'll help publish it consistently.
This is a great opportunity if you're organized, like working behind-the-scenes, and want to learn how social media works from a business side. No experience needed — just reliability, attention to detail, and a good attitude!
What You'll Be Doing:
Scheduling social media posts using Hootsuite (I'll train you)
Keeping track of what content needs to go out and when
Updating and maintaining our content calendar
Double-checking that captions, images, and links are correct
Communicating with me weekly to stay aligned on priorities
What I'm Looking For:
Super organized and reliable — you meet deadlines and follow through
Comfortable with tech and learning new apps
Strong communicator — you answer messages clearly and on time
Curious and eager to learn (experience is not required!)
Pays attention to small details — you catch typos and missing tags
Details:
Flexible schedule (approx. 5–10 hours/week)
Fully remote (Montreal-based is a bonus but not required)
Paid (rate to be discussed based on availability and fit)
