Dimensions - 39 3/4" X 39 3/4" (you'll want a rough opening that's between about 40 1/4" X 40 1/4" to 40 3/4" X 40 3/4" when installing it.
Left hand hinge (when you're looking from the outside towards the inside, the hinge is on the left hand side). The opening is NOT large enough to qualify as an egress window so this cannot be used as a bedroom window unless there is another window in the bedroom that does qualify as an egress window. It can however be used in a kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway, office, garage, etc.
