Both towns are located on the waters of the Annapolis Basis, opening up to the Bay of Fundy, which is famous for having the world's largest tides and is the most popular destination for whale watching, and world class scallop and lobster fishing industry.
The city of Halifax and Halifax International Airport is within easy reach - 2.5 hours by car. Halifax Airport has international flights departing and arriving from across Canada, USA, London England, Frankfurt Germany, Glasgow Scottland.

Getting here is easy... From Halifax Nova Scotia take Highway 101 south 200km (approx. 2 hours) to exit 23A. From exit 23A turn left towards Clementsvale on Mary Jane Riley Road and follow for 3.2km to Clementsvale Road. Turn right on Clementsvale Road towards Bear River and take your second left on Jefferson Road. Follow Jefferson Road to Greenland Road, 2.5km. A left on Greenland Road towards Victory Road (Victory Road is your first right). In a few minutes you will cross a small bridge. From the bridge your land is 800 meters up the road on your left-hand side.
