$120 for standard size lot includes
· Aeration
· Power Rake/ dethatching
· Raking and removing all grass (thatch)

Additional services offered:
· fertilizing and over seeding $30
We use 21-4-15 fertilizer, without fillers and a small amount of Dolomite lime to reduce the soil acidity.
We rarely charge significantly more than $120, large lots such as pie lots will be $140 - though customers shouldn't expect anything higher as long as its not a football field. We will be upfront about price before beginning,
Service includes removing all thatch and debris and taking it with us... However, allowing us to fill your green bin is always appreciated.
Just installed new blades on power rake to improve efficiency in pulling up thatch.
