We are a reputable and growing concrete company known for high-quality work and a strong team culture. We're currently looking for reliable and skilled Concrete Finishers to join our crew for upcoming residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prep, base and frame flat work, retaining walls and stairs.
- Place, level, and finish concrete floors, sidewalks, driveways, and other structures.
- Operate power tools such as power trowels and concrete saws.
- Smooth and seal surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Ensure proper curing and finishing of concrete to meet specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.

Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in concrete finishing preferred.
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites.
