Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, nurture leads, and close deals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Industry expertise in Oil and Gas, along with technical knowledge of SCADA systems, remote monitoring, and automation, is preferred. This position involves significant travel, as many of our clients are located across the USA. You will meet with clients, attend industry events, and promote our solutions in various regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through prospecting, lead qualification, and networking activities.
Identify and qualify potential clients to expand our customer base.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our products and services.
Travel to client sites, industry events, and conferences as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop strategies for effective outreach.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
Qualifications:
Previous Background in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Required.
Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in Oil and Gas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Ability to travel two weeks out of the month.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
Technical skills around automation, remote monitoring and SCADA is a plus.
