We are seeking a skilled and motivated Eavestrough/Gutter Installer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for individuals with a strong work ethic and experience in exterior home improvement projects. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, safety-conscious, and comfortable working outdoors and at heights

Job Title: Gutter Installer
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Location: Saint-Hubert, QC travel to various cities across Quebec
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: $20.00/hour | 30–40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Install gutter protection systems at residential sites
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
Measure and mark installation points with precision
Operate hand/power tools, gutter extruders, and metal benders
Erect scaffolding or other work platforms as required
Load/unload equipment and transport materials
Handle job documentation: invoices, purchase orders, and installation records
Drive small trucks or forklifts to move materials
Supervise additional team members when needed
Maintain equipment and ensure safe work practices
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in gutter installation or similar work
Experience with hand tools, tape measures, ladders, and drills
Valid driver's license
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
Able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
High attention to detail and manual dexterity
Strong communication skills in English or French (intermediate level)
Punctual, reliable, and customer service oriented
Flexible availability (some overtime and weekend work may be required)
Work Environment:

Outdoor job sites across Quebec (e.g. Montreal, Laval, Sherbrooke, etc.)
Residential homes and warehouse setting
Protective equipment provided
Company vehicle provided for work-related travel
