Qualifications, Skills & Abilities

Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) certification or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting, preferably in aluminum extrusion.
Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
Experience with welding and fabrication is an asset.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and machinery.
Manual dexterity and the ability to handle tools and small parts.
Availability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
