Wood is in excellent condition. There is no rot.
Very comfortable.
To purchase new unassembled would be about $100 each.
Selling them because we are replacing them with plastic Muskoka chairs that don't need to be re-stained or painted.
I sanded and applied Varathane about five years ago. Don't want to do it again. Getting lazy.
They do not fold and I reinforced them with bolts and lock nuts so are very solid.
