My name is Alex Markadonis. I am a second year MA student in philosophy at Carleton University.

To make part of my living in as ethical a way as possible, I tutor others at an affordable rate.

My specialties are philosophy, social science, and English, but I have experience tutoring students in various other subjects. We can discuss whether I can help with your courses at no cost to you.

I include research guidance, academic mentorship, basic grammar checks, and structural edits in my assistance with courses.

I have some experience helping students with learning difficulties and time management issues.

I can work on-site in the Ottawa-Gatineau area for a small additional fee, but I prefer to work online via Zoom or Google Meet.

I charge on a sliding scale, but I tend to charge $35 to $45 per hour. I accept cash, e-transfers, and PayPal.
