The home is located off the main road and is on a very quiet residential street. There is a gorgeous panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean which also looks over the hillsides of the town of Torbay. Access to the East Coast Trail is a one-minute walk.

There are two bedrooms and a den, as well as two full bathrooms plus a half bathroom (toilet and sink). Amenities include the following: Queen-sized beds in each of the bedrooms with linens; towels, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, 40-inch LED flat-screen TVs in each of the bedrooms (basic cable TV in living room only); 46-inch LCD TV in the living room; stackable full-size washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker etc. There are two mini split heat pumps. There is a paved driveway with plenty of parking for two cars. There is a 20x20 shed available for storage (shared with the landlord). Tenant is responsible for snow clearing while landlord will take care of the lawn care. I have a contractor available to do snow clearing if wanted.

Absolutely no smoking/vaping (in or on property), and no pets. I am only interested in renting to individuals who are quiet, tidy, responsible, and respectful of the house and its contents, as well as the neighborhood in which the house is situated.
