This 52" Zero Turn Mower has just over 300 hours of use and was never used for commercial purposes. It has the 23 HP Kawasaki engine considered to be the best for Commercial Zero Turn Mowers. The new Exmarks in the same size are selling for $16,700 US translated into Canadian would be around $23,000 plus tax. The mower comes with the safety roll bar (not shown) in photos and it comes with the electric power chute plate for the chute discharge which can be used for mulching or the prevention of grass being discharged onto flower beds, etc. This feature is an option that costs around $600.
