I rent a home and sublet the basement space out. There's a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Shared laundry. Parking, yard, utilities, and internet included. Available month to month for at least 6 months with potential for more. The bedroom is a decent size and there is a small amount of storage space available if needed. It's not suitable for large pets but I don't mind cats or small dogs. The furniture in the photos is no longer here but I do have some furniture available potentially if needed.
