Hello, I don't normally have the nerve too wear my heart on my sleeve but my family needs a place too go by July 1st, where we are now we were living with my parents and their landlords sold the house too new owners and the new owners want too tear everything down and rebuild, we have no choice but to vacate because my mother (the one on the lease) has done so already.
I have 4 children and my fiancé. We have 2 cats and one dog, all well trained, the dog prefers being outdoors over indoors.
We can do a 3 bedroom but that's the lowest bedroom accommodation we can do, I'm just very scared of being homeless. The only reason people have been hesitant on renting too me is my credit score, it's 533 and I'm working on it, when I was younger I didn't think a credit score was important and now I'm paying the consequences. Theirs no emergency housing available.. housing waitlist is over 5 years… I don't know what else to do at this point
