Looking for a part-time permanent receptionist/ chiropractic assistant to join our team.
Part-time 20hrs/ week with ability to have extra hours.
Monday -Friday
Responsibilities:
*Greet and welcome clients.
*Answer phone calls and book appointments.
*Maintain patient records and filling and data entry
*process payments and direct billing to insurance companies.
*maintain cleanliness of front end and clinic.
Requirements: These would be an asset but can be trained .
Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role.
*Strong customer service skills with friendly demeanor.
*familiarity in office software, including Chirosuite, would be an asset but not a deal breaker.
*Experience in a medical office setting.
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Third party direct billing to insurance companies is a plus.
*Familiarity with WCB reporting and MVA reporting and claims.
Ability to multitask and keep a calm composure
- Kind, personable, and able to work as a team
- Flexibility to change shifts and able to cover vacations as needed
- Willingness to learn
