I am a 41 year old woman with a 9 year old son in desperate search of a 1 or 2 bedroom *wheelchair accessible* home (apartment/house/trailer etc.) in Fort St. John. If there are a few stairs, that would be ok as I can get a portable ramp that will cause zero damage to the stairs. A main floor/one level kind of thing would be ideal.
On to myself. I am a responsible, clean, quiet/peaceful person, as well as my son. I take extreme pride in where I live and like to keep a tidy and clean home. I have a guaranteed income so rent will NEVER be an issue. I also have excellent references if that is required.
I would like to get this out of the way because I have had issues with this. My credit is not that great. I have a vehicle lease I could no longer afford after my husband passed away so I had to "self repo" it. A year later I was in a housefire where I ended up in the hospital for almost two years. All my bills from that time went to collections. I am currently working on getting that all settled and dealt with. Saying all that, I always pay my rent and bills prompt and on time.
We have two male, neutered cat. They are short haired, mellow and clean.
My son and I are looking for a long term rental to make a happy life in. My budget would be up to around $1500.00, and available immediately if possible. I have been looking for two months now, with no luck due to me being in a wheelchair.
