Are you an experienced electrical professional ready to take the lead on exciting commercial projects? As demand in the construction industry continues to grow, P4 Electric is expanding—and we're looking for skilled Commercial Electrical Foremen to join our team for projects in Winnipeg and surrounding areas.

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience working on commercial electrical projects valued between $250K and $3M
Proven ability to lead and manage crews of up to 10 electricians,
A valid driver's license,
A strong work ethic: self-motivated, safety-focused, reliable, and honest,
A passion for mentoring others, combined with excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills,
Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written

Hands-on experience with:
Fire Alarm Systems,
Motor Controls,
Conduit Installation,
Power Distribution,
Lighting Systems,
