I development my own blend of mixed garden green salad, with seeds from my own garden in Brantford.

I use the micro greens method, so my plants grow in thick. You get at least 1 good harvest off the plant shown in the picture, enough to feed 2 people.

The beautiful part of this is, you harvest with scissors, it just keeps growing back.

I had a 2 pots growing indoors all winter long under a grow light. They lasted us a solid 4 months. The one pictured, I started mid April outside.

What we're doing now is to grow in cardboard boxes. We're trying to eliminate plastic pots, so when this salad mix is finished, it can straight into compost.

I'm taking pre-orders now to see if people would want this.

I'm especially looking for small vendors, maybe variety stores that may like to offer these for resale.
