We are seeking a part-time Sales Agent to help generate leads and referrals for psychotherapy services. This is a commission-based position perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a flexible schedule.

Virtual psychotherapy practice serving clients all across Ontario.
We offer client-centered, inclusive, and culturally sensitive support to individuals navigating a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, low self-esteem, grief, life transitions, and more.

We accept clients using extended health insurance benefits and are committed to reducing barriers to accessing mental health support.

What You'll Do:
Identify and connect with individuals who may benefit from psychotherapy services.

Share information about the psychotherapy practice.

Generate leads through online networking, community outreach, and referrals.

Work independently and manage your own outreach approach.

Compensation:
This is a commission-only position.

You will earn 20% of the fee for the first session booked and attended by each new client you refer.

Bonus incentives will be available for consistent or high-volume referrals.

Ideal Candidate:
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Experience in sales, outreach, or marketing is a plus.

Interest in mental health or wellness is helpful but not required.

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
