It's from 1994 so she's seen the road. We replaced all the blinds to blackout curtains and have a blackout pull-down window blind on the big window. Fridge, stove, water pump, hot water heater, and furnace all function. New'ish awning, it's on its 3rd year, no holes. Winterized at the moment.

Tires and breaks are in good shape. Outside storage needs a new hinge but it's in good shape.

No battery or propane tank. Hitch with stabilizer bars is included.
