We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable asphalt roller operator to join our paving crew. You will play a critical role in the compaction and finishing of newly laid granular and asphalt on driveways and parking lots. Competitive pay will be offered based on expierence. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate asphalt roller equipment to compact and finish surfaces according to project specifications.
- Operate breakdown rollers, rubber tire rollers, and finish rollers to compact asphalt.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of expierence operating asphalt rollers in a construction or roadwork setting.
- Valid G class driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Avaliability for early mornings and occasional work on saturdays.
