Selling 2011 Jayco 36BHS

Bought it last year from a dealer for 32k for a property I had lined up but the property fell through.

It has two bump outs. One in the Kitchen\Livingroom and the other in the main bedroom. Can sleep 7-8. The couch and table in the living area converts to beds each sleeping 2. There is also a "kids" room in the front of the trailer with bunk beds and a small dining area.

Has a sliding patio door that leads to the main living area and another door that leads to the main bedroom.
Large bathroom with a nice size shower (I'm 6'1 and I can just stand in it).
Full size fridge.
Propane stove.
Microwave.
Lots of storage.
All interior lights replaced with LEDs (have extra).
Total length: 38'
Width with bump outs open: 11'
No water or structure damage.

Only issue I've seen is the handle for the spigot that flushes the system broke. But it's an easy fix.
