I am currently in search of a new housemate for my beautiful home. The home is conveniently situated near St.Clair West subway station. (4 minute walk )
I am seeking someone who can easily addapt to this calm and peaceful lifestyle, just like us living here.

This home is an ideal fit for professionals and students who require a peaceful environment for work or study. This home is a home by its own, not shared places with other tenants in the building. My goal is to live in peace and happiness, and I hope you share the same aspiration.

- The house is spacious enough to accommodate everyone (3) comfortably
- In Unit Laundry & Dishwasher
- Room is not for the couples! Only 3 person should live in the house.
-House has everything like kitchen, tv and etc.
- We also have a well-maintained backyard with a BBQ.
-There is a free - parking spot available on our street.
- I am pet- friendly, but my home is not, unfortunately.

Around is pretty well, its one of well known neighbourhoods in downtown area, has everything in 4-5 minutes walking range and too safe and calm. vibes. You will understand that.
