We are searching for a fixer upper that is being sold by the owner(s) or somebody to hold a mortgage for us because of our unique situation. However the home must be able to be lived within a reasonable time.

Our perfect new home will be in Ontario and have at least 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and laundry hookups. Plus will have driveway for multiple vehicle parking and a yard large enough for dogs, grandkids outside toys, garden and hopefully some chickens.

Here is a little bit about us. We are a couple in our 40's that have been married for 25 years and highly experienced in home renovations/repairs. We are searching for such a large place because we have custody of one of our grandson's. He is school aged, has autism and is nonverbal. He needs a place we can customize for his special needs and when it's our time to go, we want to be sure he always has a home he is familiar with and comfortable in.
