Meet Tonnie
Tonnie is a stunning Thoroughbred mare standing at 14.2 hands with an undeniable presence. She's a beautiful horse with a pedigree that will make any equestrian take notice. Her lineage includes the legendary Northern Dancer and Secretariat as her great-great-great-grandfathers. While she doesn't come with registration papers, I do have a picture of her sire for your reference.

Tonnie is a mare with great potential and a kind heart. She was once green broke (approx 6 yrs ago) and started with correct ground work. She can be a wonderful addition to your stable with the right care and attention.

Good Things About Tonnie

Hoof Maintenance: She gets her hooves manicured regularly, so she's accustomed to proper care.
Haltering Ease: Getting her halter on, is usually not a problem

Needs Improvement

Cleaning Back Hooves: She is much more forgiving with her fron , she's still learning to be comfortable with having her back hooves cleaned. The job gets done, but patience and consistency will help her improve.
Small Trailer Loading: Tonnie needs some work when it comes to loading into smaller straight load trailers. She will load into a 3 horse slant with patience

Why We're Selling

We currently own two horses we ride regularly. Unfortunately, Tonnie is left on her own when we go riding, and it's simply not fair to her. She deserves a home where she can be part of a herd or have a more active role.
