I bought this from my neighbor with 75 hrs on it and only used for cutting my lawn , Hours now 332 . 60'' Deck .I removed side panels which I have as I always cleaned engine and deck after each cut by running up on ramps and using putty knives to scrape clean and deck is in fantastic condition. .3 pt. hitch and removeable brush guard. Front and rear PTO shafts .All oils recently changed and I always use high quality synthetics "Amsoil "Rubber all good .
Mower only ,no other attachments
This unit never in road salt and always stored out of all weather conditions .
The tractor is located at my shop close to Lucknow Ont.
