We are a busy and growing pizzeria located in NE Calgary, seeking a highly experienced Pizza Cook and Kitchen Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in pizza operations, be confident in independently managing kitchen responsibilities, and be passionate about delivering consistently high-quality food.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook pizzas to order, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation
Create and adjust pizza sauces and dough recipes as needed
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including prep, inventory, and cleaning
Manage food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
Train and supervise junior staff
Work without constant oversight and take ownership of the kitchen's performance

️ Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a pizza kitchen environment
Proficient in preparing pizza sauces and working with commercial ovens (conveyor belt preferred)
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food quality control
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen
