We're Hiring: House Renovation Assistant (2 Years Experience Required)

Are you passionate about hands-on work and transforming spaces? We're looking for a motivated and skilled House Renovation Assistant to join our growing team on various residential retrofit projects.

What You'll Do:

Assist in a wide range of home renovation and retrofit tasks

Work with power tools, hand tools, and renovation equipment

Support lead renovators in carpentry, drywall, flooring, insulation, and more

Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site


What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of renovation experience (retrofit experience a plus)

Confident using a variety of tools and comfortable on active job sites

Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team
