Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes, ensuring taste and quality meet standards
Design and innovate menus, offering signature dish suggestions
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and hygiene comply with relevant regulations
Manage and train kitchen staff, maintaining teamwork and work efficiency
Control inventory, make reasonable purchases of ingredients, and minimize waste
Handle customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Relevant experience as a chef, familiarity with Chinese and Western cooking techniques is a plus
Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety awareness
Team management skills and strong communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with responsibility and patience
Possession of relevant chef certification (if any)
