Role Overview:
Flyway Chic is seeking a Retail Store Manager who is stylish, organized, and thrives on positive energy! If you love fashion, enjoy connecting with people, and have a flair for leadership, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless and inviting shopping environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects our brand values
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation
• Coordinate in-store events and collaborate with local partners to enhance brand visibility
• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting on sales
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or luxury retail
• Strong leadership and community building abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for European fashion and an eye for style
• Experience in inventory management and point-of-sale systems
• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a dynamic retail schedule.
